Advance performance, transform lives and grow your career in an international environment.The Senior People Partner is a strategic advisor to the Maine Leadership team, aligning People practices and initiatives with the organization’s goals. Providing expertise in areas such as talent management, organizational and leadership development, and employee relations to drive business performance. By collaborating with leadership, the role ensures that People strategies support the overall objectives of our manufacturing sites, fostering a productive and engaged workforce while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and inclusivity.
What You’ll Do
  • People Partnering: Advises managers on business and functional issues, provides business level input to human capital strategies.
  • Talent Acquisition: Works closely with Recruitment Provider and Specialist to acquire talent, drives local employer branding and social media initiatives.
  • Onboarding: Works with People Services Specialist and hiring managers to provide a “best in class” on-boarding experience.
  • People Policies & Processes: Ensures local People processes and policies are in line with employment law, best practice and other regulations.
  • Organizational Changes Management: Drives local organization development initiatives, and participates in organizational design discussions and decisions.
  • Employee Engagement: Oversees local engagement survey action planning initiatives and promotes a high level of employee morale and engagement.
  • Learning & Development: Assists managers in identifying training requirements and drives a career development culture.
  • Talent Management: Coordinates the delivery of talent management strategies and processes across sites.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Owns various aspects of the compensation cycle and processes, ensures that local Total Reward & Benefits activities are aligned to Mӧlnlycke’s Global Reward principles.
  • Employee Relations: Leads the management of employee relations issues including investigations..

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources management, human resources development, organizational development (OD) or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of high performing work experience in Human Resources or a closely related field is required. PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
  • Proven ability to use data; reporting & analytics to drive decisions
  • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills - viewed as a trusted partner by both employees and leaders.
