JOB TITLE: Inventory Control Specialist/Tool Crib Technician

DEPARTMENT: Production/Inventory Control

1.0 Job Description:

The Inventory Control Specialist will be responsible for all incoming and outgoing transactions inside the ERP. This includes, but is not limited to, PO Receipts – Hardware, Raw Material and Outside processing. Additionally, the Inventory Control Clerk will review Sales Order Backlog status with Inventory Details to determine available shipments for that day and will subsequently generate all needed shipping documentation.

2.0 Qualifications:

• · 2-5 years experiences in Inventory Control
• · 2-5 years of Manufacturing experience.
• · Preferred aerospace manufacturing experience
• · Familiarity and utilization of shipping portals: FedEx
• · Preferred experience utilizing Epicor

3.0 Requirements:

Inventory Specialist

• · Perform PO Receipt – Hardware, Raw Materials, Outside Processing
• · Generate Packing Slips and Associated Documentation
• · Issue Material to Jobs and to inventory
• · Place shipments using web-based software
• · Operate inside Customer Shipping Portals
• · Maintain accurate inventory levels, including cycle counts and YE Inventory Counts

Tool Crib

• Receive, store, identify and distribute machine tools and fixtures
• Assemble new tool kits for future jobs
• Maintain accurate tool inventory
• o Maintain pre-set inventory levels
• o Inspect and measures tools for defects
• o Repairs and sharpens when necessary
• o Replenish when necessary

4.0 Education/Experience:

High school diploma/GED required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
