We are seeking a part-time, full-time Minnesota Licensed Professional Land Surveyor to join our team based out of Oakdale, MN. As an R.L.S, you will be responsible for certificates of survey, site plans, reviewing and or working on as-builts both residential and commercial, ALTA surveys, overseeing commercial construction such as vertical control and horizontal positions, and working with both our residential clients and commercial project managers.
In addition, Strong verbal and written communication will be a must. Leadership skills are very important and will be used for speaking with our clients as well as our surveying crews and other staff members. Proficient in AutoCAD and Civil 3D a must.
