Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of electrical service technicians and coordinate their schedules
- Oversee the completion of electrical service projects, ensuring they meet quality and safety standards.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with all electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the team as needed.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure project success- Manage service technicians and coordinate their schedules
*Requirements*
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Electrical Service Management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proven experience managing teams and electrical service projects.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
