Position: M&S Building Systems is hiring a full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician based in Plainville, CT.

Job Summary:

The Industrial Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining and repairing our suite of roll forming equipment used in the fabrication of light gauge framed building systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, as well as a proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance on roll forming equipment, including lubrication, adjustments, and inspections
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical problems with roll forming equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues related to roll forming equipment
• Work with production personnel to identify and implement improvements to roll forming equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair complex machinery
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment
