Station Mastery

• Food Preparation: cook food according to recipes, menu orders, and special dietary/nutritional needs
• Station Preparation: properly stock the station with necessary food and equipment
• Ensure proper plate presentation procedures by monitoring quality before sending to the expo
• Passes all station and classroom tests
• Minimal item recooks or remakes
• Passes all yield tests for the station

Technical Skills

• Efficiency (prioritization, pace, preparation, organization)
• Running tasks (clean surface/floor/equipment/stocking of station)
• Always maintain a clean and sanitized workstation while following all state and federal health guidelines
• Properly label and store food, supplies, and materials
• Create food of the highest quality and to the standards of the Executive Chef
• Coordinate with expo and other Team Members on prioritization
• Display focus, accuracy, and a sense of urgency/speed when executing all assigned tasks

Core Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds
• 1-3 years of previous broiler experience preferred
• Must be able to work in a standing position for a long period of time
• Must be able to work full time (4-5 shifts per week, 40 hours)
