M1 is looking for a Standardization Pilot UH-60 L/M:Position Description:
  • Plans, organizes, and directs the test flight operations of the UH-60 fleet to meet PWS requirements.
  • Implements and enforces standard operating procedures in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA),
Army regulations, and company policies and procedures.
  • Performs aerial flight duties maintaining currency and proficiency in accordance with (IAW) applicable service
guidance technical publications and applicable FAA regulations.
  • Demonstrates continuous effort to improve operations, decrease cycle time, and streamline work flow processes.
  • Develops and sustains a culture of safety, quality compliance, and professionalism.
  • Ensures sufficient manpower, technical data, and equipment are available to meet PWS requirements.
  • Monitors attendance, approves timecards, assigns overtime.
  • Applies Company policy and procedures pertaining to the promotion, training, discipline, and termination of
employees.
  • Ensures employees possess the qualifications and certifications necessary to perform their jobs.
Additional Requirements:
  • Must be a graduate of the U.S. Army Maintenance Test Pilot Course or have passed an equivalency evaluation
administered by a Maintenance Examiner (ME) selected by USAACE, Directorate of Evaluation and Standardization
(DES) in the UH-60L/M.
  • Must be a graduate of the U.S. Army UH-60L/M Instructor Pilot Course or have passed an equivalency evaluation
administered by an SP selected by USAACE, DES in the UH-60L/M.
  • Must have a minimum of 1,000 flight hours as pilot in command in helicopters of which 500 hours must be in the
UH-60 L/M.
  • Applicant must hold a valid and current FAA Commercial Pilot certification with Instrument rating in helicopters as
well as a valid and current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
  • Must meet the pilot qualification requirements IAW AR 95-20. Must meet FAA instrument certification requirements.
  • High School Diploma mandatory; Bachelor Degree in related field preferred.
  • Able to obtain/maintain security clearance as required by PWS.
  • Must possess competent computer skills.
  • Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
  • Must be able to move about inside aircraft hangars and outside on aircraft ramps within close proximity of running
equipment and aircraft.
  • Must be reliable, self-motivated, and able to deal with stressful situations and timelines while maintaining a
professional and non-confrontational attitude.
