search for a Systems Analyst II. Our client has been in business for over 50 years and has an excellent reputation as a trusted partner throughout the United States and internationally.

This is an in-office position at our client’s Jacksonville Beach, FL headquarters.
Responsibilities:
• Become proficient with SAP Business One (B1) configuration and integrated solutions.
• Work with a team to help manage support-related calls associated with the company’s
ERP and related applications.
• Assist in the implementation of new systems, modules, and system enhancements.
• Build and manage software enhancements using company development environments and
tools.
• Perform testing and systems-related research to help craft new processes and procedures.
• Work with the sales team to establish systems, processes, and tools to enhance sales
team performance and enhance customer experience.
• Help to establish and promote a “think tank” culture to build collaboration between all
company departments including sales, operations, and accounting as pertaining to
systems and processes.
• Other related projects and tasks as required.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of two years’ systems analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, management information systems,
computer science or business-related discipline is required.
• Ability to demonstrate SQL, data management, form development, and report building skills.
• Experience with an ERP and other business modules such as a TMS or CRM is a plus.
• Experience with procedural programming / object-oriented languages (examples include JAVA,
C#, or Python) is preferred.
• Able to work effectively and productively as an individual contributor as well as in a team
setting.
