Summary: M3 Investment Services, a financial services firm, is looking for a motivated and positive-minded individual to join our growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to financial advisors, including managing client communications, notating CRM, generating and following up account paperwork to ensure all documents are In Good Order.
- Service Support: Assist financial advisors with client service requests, to include distributions, account maintenance and other client requests. Acts as liaison between home office and financial advisor to research and resolve issues.
- Documentation and Compliance: Maintain client records and documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Meeting Support: Prepare client meeting materials, including financial information, reports, and investment proposals.
- Vendor Communication: Maintain regular contact with Third Party Administrators and school districts via email and phone to obtain approvals and status updates.
- Financial Plan Preparation: Assist financial advisors in gathering client data and preparing comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, investment analysis and tax planning. Training will be provided if necessary.
Requirements:
- GED or High School Diploma
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a client-focused environment
- Prior Client Services/Communication a plus
- Proficiency in Financial Planning software preferred, such as Money Guide Pro, but not mandatory. Training will be provided if necessary.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
