POSITION: PRESIDENT/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

ORGANIZATION: ROME AREA CHAMBER OF COMMERCE

LOCATION: ROME, NY

Our client, Rome Area Chambers of Commerce, is looking for an Executive Director to drive change and build efficiencies across the organization. In this role, you will demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, member sales and services, program management, economic development, public policy, nonprofit governance and operations, finance and accounting, public speaking, and fundraising.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred but related experience will be considered in lieu of academic credentials.
• minimum of 5 years of successful experience in executive management and leadership positions within the private, public, or nonprofit sectors demonstrating progressively greater responsibility.
• overseeing a budget in a non-profit or membership based sales revenue stream preferred.
• of local community businesses, organizations, leadership, and challenges / opportunities is highly preferred.

Pay Range: $85,000 - $95,000 base salary, plus bonus structure depending on experience and qualifications.
