M9 Solutions is seeking a Quality Assurance Management Specialist to work hybrid remote/on-site on a government contract for a client located in Colorado Springs, CO.An active Secret clearance is required.
Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining Quality Assurance (QA) direction and tasking coming from the project lead.
• Assist in outreach to other areas for QA data reporting.
• Analyze a process and understand the data collected from it.
• Maintain QA standard operating procedure update routinely.
• Responsible for the analysis of QA data in the monthly reports based on the data pull accomplished by the team.
• Responsible for status reporting such as monthly PMR, mid-month report, weekly status recap, daily team tasks.
• Perform data quality analysis of deliverables and documents.
• Review cases and provide feedback to the team.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Work Authorization: ship is required.
• An active Secret clearance is required.
• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5 years demonstrated knowledge and experience in quality management and process improvement.
• Experience within Excel such as pivot tables, charts and graphs, formulas and macros.
• Strong MS product skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to analyze Excel data or a chart/graph and form evaluative statements for presentation to senior management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• M9 Solutions' pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include, but are not limited to, responsibilities of the position, education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, as well as internal equity, location, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
