How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

The CTM Plant Manager is responsible for the proper functioning of the CTM ASU, both technically and in terms of team management. He/she is responsible for deploying action plans related to the safety, reliability & quality of the unit. It must respect production, safety and regulatory constraints, particularly environmental. He/she is the pilot of projects aimed at developing the activity and performance of the factory.

Responsibilities and Missions

1. TECHNICAL - PRODUCTION

  • Implement air gas production techniques in accordance with Air Liquide Group standards and local regulations

  • Ensure that facility operations manuals and SOPs are established in accordance with the branch's IMS program. Ensure that plant documentation, including operating manuals and SOPs, are kept up to date and easily accessible to users

  • Achieve production objectives, in terms of quality, deadlines, costs and stock levels

  • Be responsible for keeping internal (FAB) and external (Intelex) industrial reports up to date, within set deadlines

  • Guarantee monitoring of the efficiency and reliability of the site's production tools

  • Ensure that all applicable IMS (Industrial Management System) requirements are implemented and maintained in the facility, implement training and qualification processes and ensure proper application of the MOC procedure. Carry out self-audits to ensure compliance with IMS and participate in subsidiary audit sessions

  • Prepare, analyze and issue periodic production, process optimization and performance reports.

  • Be responsible for regulatory compliance within its scope. As such, ensure regulatory monitoring, and ensure that operators ensure compliance of operations, laws and regulations in force

  • Be the pilot of factory automation projects (SIO)

2. MAINTENANCE 

  • Ensure the implementation of a preventive maintenance program and ensure its application

  • Maintaining stock of spare parts and consumable materials, tools

  • Ensure the preservation of the production tool in compliance with the manufacturers' recommendations, and in compliance with the group's best practices and rules.

  • Deploy site-specific vulnerability studies

  • Be responsible for the deployment of GMAO tools

3. LOGISTICS

  • Be the interface with the logistics team to ensure optimal operation of the production tool.

4. Manage and train your team

  • Organize, lead, supervise, develop and advance your team

  • Ensure that your teams are trained in accordance with the previously defined training plan

  • Define production responsibilities in the facility and define specific responsibilities of each subordinate

  • Coach your teams and share your know-how

  • Participate in the proper allocation of resources and motivate in order to achieve objectives within the framework of the strategic plan

  • Ensure professional training for its teams

5. Quality, Health, Safety and Environment

  • Ensure customer satisfaction

  • Promote the safety culture specific to the Air Liquide group on its site

  • Implement the ISO 9001 management system, the ISO 14001 system as a team

  • Set up and lead regular safety meetings

  • Be the leader in performing root cause analysis following reliability or security incidents and be responsible for implementing the resulting actions

  • Respectand enforce all safety rules

  • Actively participate in improving our environmental approach

  • Identify and maintain Important Safety Elements (EIS)

  • Update of safety-related tools and studies (GRA/HAZOP/ARA/JHA)

6. Compliance with established procedures and codes of conduct

  • Sign and commit to respecting all ALM/Group codes of conduct and ethical charters

  • Commit to respecting the procedures put in place when carrying out their duties

Education : Bac 5 in Electromechanical / Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering

Professional experience : 1-3 years in Industrial field

Fluent Frenh, English & Arabic

Business expertise : Production - Team management
