PAY IS BASED ON SKILL AND ABILITY TO KEEP PRODUCTION LINE MOVING AS WELL AS BODYSKILLS (TEARDOWN/REASSEBLY/SMALL BODYFILLER AREAS COMPLETED). WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT PERSON WITH THE RIGHT ATTITUDE. RELIABILITY AND ATTITUDE BIGGEST FACTORS.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:
Possess the ability to comprehend verbal and written instruction accurately and efficiently.
Must be punctual and reliable. Attendance and punctually are important factors for a successful team.
