Position Title: Plant Operator Supervisor: Regional Operations Director Compensation: Starting Hourly Wage: $25 - $40; Commensurate to Skills and Experience Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm with 30-minute unpaid lunch Benefits:

Place of Work: Position is located in the area of Dimmit,TX Corporate Headquarters: 1730 South Street, Redding, CA 96001 Position Description The Facility Operator will ensure the RNG Facility, and all equipment related to biogas handling, upgrading, clean up, and combustion is operating properly. The operator will be expected to perform routine maintenance, repair equipment as necessary, and troubleshoot issues as they arise, while coordinating with co-workers and business partners as needed. Equipment to be operated and serviced will most commonly include PLCs, data loggers, biogas blowers, 3-phase motors, and electrical wiring. Applicants should have experience with a variety of mechanical and electrical equipment and enjoy troubleshooting issues within industrial facilities. Excellent communication skills (verbal, phone, email, and text) are needed to work in this team-based, distributed support environment. Responsibilities
Oversee on-site operations to ensure all equipment and systems operate as designed, maximizing facility up-time
Troubleshoot issues on-site or remotely as they arise
Maintain spare parts inventory
Coordinate repair work and perform maintenance checklists
Communicate with team members, clients, and business partners via email, text, and phone
Utilize maintenance tracking software
Lead team members and prioritize reactive and preventative maintenance
Manage on-site projects and maintain documentation
Coordinate 3rd party contractors and vendors as needed
Maintain a safe working environment and comply with safety procedures
Act as the primary point of contact for producer questions
Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies
Monitor metrics for KPIs and plant efficiency
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Ability to work unsupervised in the field
General mechanical and electrical experience (2 years preferred)
Proficiency in learning new equipment software and electronic interfaces
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills for diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn new concepts
Experience collaborating with project management and construction teams
Experience in expense tracking and OpEx budgeting
Ability to read and interpret P&IDs and blueprints
Welding and fabrication skills
Experience with analog and discrete instrumentation, including calibration and troubleshooting
Knowledge of drive train alignment procedures
Preferred:
Familiarity with laboratory procedures and testing
General understanding of dairy farm manure handling practices
Knowledge of SCADA systems and PLC logic
