JOB TYPE AND CLASSIFICATION: Full Time Hourly Non-Exempt
Job OverviewMAC.BID buys truckloads of customer returns and overstock products then sells these items individually to the public through online auctions. The Receiving T eam employs heavy equipment to unload trucks safely and quickly. This position reports to the Facilities Team Lead.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Meet live trailers at the dock to unload quickly, avoiding retention fees
- Use pallet jacks and fork truck to unload product
- Drive fork-lift in safe manner according to policy and Safety Coordinator
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and random drug tests during employment
- Must be fork truck certified (or successfully pass in-house training/certification)
- Must be available to work onsite Monday – Friday 8 hours with a half hour lunch break, hours to be determined by workload and General Manager
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds alone, 50 pounds with team lift
- Must be able to stand and walk for hours at a time
- Must be able to follow written directions and company policies
- Healthcare after 60 days
