Position: Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

-Provide exceptional customer service

-Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order status

-Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints effectively

-Provide administrative support to office staff

- Collaborate with internal teams on new projects

Requirements:

-Previous experience in a Customer Service or a related roll

-Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills

-Excellent Problem-Solving Abilities

-Proficient with Computer systems and software

-Proficient with Microsoft Office suites

-Quickbooks experience a plus

-Strong Time Management and Organizations skills a must
