MAC Staffing Group is seeking Customer/ Sales Development Representatives to support our client's growing mortgage team, in Richardson, TX. The ideal candidate will be able to represent the company's products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how the company solutions offered meet the customer's needs.

- Utilize CRM, calls to current customers, and email to generate new trust building opportunities.
- Identify the needs of prospects and determine if/when to advance conversation to Loan officer.
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Daily/Weekly outbound call requirements and "conversations had” goals.
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and Loan Officers
- Report to sales manager with daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven, creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization.
- Computer Proficiency and experience with CRM software
- Attention to detail.
- Self-motivated
