Mac Products is Hiring an Accountant Near Kearny, NJ
Our company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), payroll, and financial statement preparation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain AR and AP entries and reconcile month end reports.
- Process weekly payroll and ensure all compliance.
- Monthly Bank Rec’s
- Prepare Monthly Journal entries and accurate and timely financial reports.
- Analyze financial data.
- Monthly Inventory reconciliation, review order costing transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office
