As a Leasing Consultant, you will be an integral part of our success, helping us attract and retain residents while ensuring their satisfaction.
We are welcoming a new Leasing Consultant to the St. Louis team! The pay rate for this role is $17/hour plus an extremely competitive commission structure. Join our dynamic team and help shape the future of our vibrant community by connecting residents with their dream homes!We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about real estate, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to help prospective residents find their perfect home. You will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the property.
Key Responsibilities
Resident Relations: Greet, tour, and qualify prospective residents. Showcase the features and benefits of the property, highlighting its amenities and community atmosphere.
Leasing: Assist prospective residents with the application process, including explaining leasing terms and conditions. Follow up on inquiries, schedule appointments, and ensure timely completion of paperwork.
Marketing: Contribute to marketing efforts by promoting the property through various channels, including social media, online listings, and community events. Participate in resident retention activities and renewal efforts.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to current and prospective residents. Address and resolve resident concerns promptly and professionally.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, resident information, and other pertinent data. Ensure all leasing documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the property management team to achieve leasing goals and contribute to the overall success of the property.
QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is highly desirable.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong sales aptitude, and a customer-centric approach.
Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Yardi, RealPage) is a plus.
Personal Attributes: Highly motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team. A positive attitude and a genuine interest in helping others are essential.
Please note, a valid driver’s license and vehicle is required for this role.
