MAC LTT Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $21-$24

1st Shift: 6am-4pm Mon-Thurs, OT on Fridays

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. (Other duties may be assigned.)

• Troubleshoot and repair MIG and TIG welding equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair various manufacturing equipment and machinery
• Perform routine and preventative maintenance and repairs to equipment and machinery
• Remodeling/repair of buildings and structures
• Grounds maintenance
• Demonstrates capability of multi-tasking effectively
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated safe working practices is essential
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed and with short or no notice

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or general equivalency degree (GED).
• OSHA 10-Hour training preferred; 30-Hour training a plus
• Experience using and/or maintaining fabrication and welding equipment
• Strong knowledge of welding and cutting preferred
• Strong electrical knowledge and training
• Electrical and mechanical controls experience; PLC’s is a plus
• Formal accredited skilled trade or technical training is a plus
