MacFarlane Energy is looking for an experienced Customer Service Rep to join our team!

The primary focus of this position is to ensure timely resolution of customer inquires. This friendly professional will be responsible for answering customer calls, scheduling appointments, and performing data entry.

Required:

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong degree of self-motivation to provide exceptional customer service.
• Excellent phone & computer skills, ability to multi-task & think logically.
• 1-2 years call-center or customer service experience.
• Demonstrates a consistent approach in dealing with people and taking personal responsibility for addressing problems and concerns.

Preferred Credentials:

• Prior service-industry experience.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm
• Work overtime, when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
