Experience And Education
- A Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
- Registered Professional Engineer or a willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
- Minimum of 4 years of design/engineering experience.
- Proficiency in office automation tools such as MS Word/Excel/Outlook.
- Expertise in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
- Familiarity with engineering automation tools.
- A valid driver's license in the state of Wisconsin.
- Ability to provide mentoring to less-experienced staff members.
