- Leading and supervising survey crews in field operations, including boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
- Managing survey equipment, instruments, and resources to ensure optimal performance and productivity.
- Conducting quality control checks on field data, measurements, and survey calculations.
- Collaborating with project managers and other team members to develop survey strategies and methodologies.
- Assisting in the preparation of survey reports, drawings, and legal descriptions.
- Proficiency in land surveying techniques, equipment, and software (e.g., Total Stations, GPS, AutoCAD).
- Extensive knowledge of boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and construction staking.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license preferred but not required.
- 4 years of survey / field experience
- Must have a valid drivers license in the state of Wisconsin
