Our cloud-based Machinify AI platform leverages the latest advances in machine learning, large language models, data analytics, and cloud processing to solve previously intractable problems, transforming healthcare administration and payment operations.
Machinify is seeking an experienced Content Marketing Manager to join Machinify as the first content marketing manager. This person will develop the content and editorial strategy as well as produce compelling, relevant content that supports thought leadership, engagement, traffic, and drive acquisition as well as customer retention. Additionally, the content manager will build out Machinify's customer story library, expand our content efforts to new heights, and generate new content formats that resonate with our payer audience.
The ideal person for this role has a background in strong storytelling skills, new content generation, and a analytical mindset.
What you’ll do:
  • Define, execute, and project manage Machinify's content marketing and editorial strategy that communicates Machinify's vision, grows thought leadership in our category, as well as drives awareness and engagement throughout the funnel.
  • Create and maintain a content calendar to ensure timely content delivery deadlines through the effective allocation of content budget / resources.
  • Write high-quality, thought-provoking content in formats that engage our audiences including: case studies, e-books, blog posts, webinars, email copy, and SEO articles.
  • Develop Machinify's customer stories and case studies to showcase the company's success in market.
  • Work closely with Machinify and customer subject matter experts (SMEs) to generate novel thought leadership not-yet shared within the category.
  • Own the 'Blog', and in the future, expanded 'Resources' section of Klaviyo's serving as Klaviyo's content library ensuring Machinify is taking a customer-centric approach that demonstrates our position as an industry leader.
  • Collaborate with external partners and agencies to expand the company's content reach and impact.
  • Set realistic goals and develop a reporting plan for key performance metrics (e.g. engagement, reach, sentiment, etc.) to continuously improve and optimize content strategy.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of a content style guide to ensure consistency in tone, voice, and messaging, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent..
  • Continuously evaluate and improve the content strategy to drive business growth and achieve company objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually evolve and innovate the company's content tactics / formats.
  • Serve as a thought leader and advocate for the importance of content in driving business success at Machinify.
  • Ensure all content adheres to legal and regulatory requirements.
What You Bring:
  • You’re excited about making healthcare more accessible and more affordable.
  • You're a creative marketing and content professional with a strong writing background, excellent story-telling skills, and extensive experience developing content throughout a full marketing funnel that appeals to your target audience.
  • You have a keen sense of the messages, stories, engagement models, and tactics and can empathize with the customer to ensure the verbiage aligns with different audiences, roles, and levels.
  • You've showcased success in partnering with internal company leadership, SMEs, Sales, Account Management, and Product counterparts.
  • You have a working knowledge of SEO to drive an optimized content experience, and excel at working cross functionally to build and execute complex content strategies.
  • You've demonstrated excellent project and budget management skills.
  • You have the ability to handle a fast-paced environment and ambitious workload while having an appetite for feedback.
  • You've demonstrated utilizing analytics to identify the impact and effectiveness of content programs.
  • You have experience with Content Management Systems such as Webflow or HubSpot (is a plus).
  • You're a self-starter.
  • You share and work in accordance with our values.
  • Experience in healthcare is a plus but not necessary.
  • Bachelor's degree.

The salary for this position is based on an array of factors unique to each candidate: Such as years and depth of experience, set skills, certifications, etc.
