A Topeka area law firm is in need of a full-time legal administrative assistant. Duties include: answering phones, calendaring appointments, intake of new clients, scanning and uploading documents, and miscellaneous tasks assigned by paralegals and attorneys.

The applicant must have proper phone etiquette, attention to detail, familiarity with Microsoft Word and Excel, and competence in scanning documents and calendaring appointments.

Preferred Applicant will have worked in a law office before.
