Mackenzie Stuart is partnering with a growth-oriented ABA Therapy provider seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Director to oversee in-clinic and home-based ABA Therapy services in the Richmond area.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of BCBAs and RBTs (5 direct reports) in their clinical activities.
• Oversee the hiring, management, development, and retention of staff.
• Coordinate and assign appropriate training sessions.
• Manage relationships with clients and support the expansion of the client base.
• Support the development and implementation of clinical programs.
• Provide monthly group supervision and individual supervision for BCBAs.
• May be required to manage a own caseload at times

Qualifications

• Certified as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in leading clinical operations.
• Experience in training BCBAs.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and conduct parent consultations.
