You will be responsible for implementing quality control procedures and collaborating closely with our production team to uphold our commitment to excellence. Your meticulous attention to detail and problem-solving skills will contribute directly to our success in delivering superior products to our customers. Job Duties:Test products and services, analyze results and make recommendations for improvementsEnsure products and services meet specificationsUse of required gaging instruments and the application of such instrumentsManage, maintain, rebuild and repair gaging equipment per the standards as neededRun and monitor inspection equipment (gages, etc.) to record and analyze quality dataPurchase gaging supplies and equipment as neededUnderstand and ensure regulatory complianceRecommend modifications to standards, methods and proceduresComplete all necessary documents fully and accuratelyAdhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and proceduresPerform other duties as assignedExperience and Education:2 to 5 years of experience in a similar rolePerform work under general supervisionHandle moderately complex issues and problems. Comprehensive working knowledge of subject matterCompetencies/Skills:Ability to interpret work instructionsAbility to follow written and verbal directionsBasic verbal and written communication skillsProblem-solving skillsAnalytical thinking skillsAdvanced use of required gaging instruments and the application of such instruments Why Join Us:At MacLean-Fogg, we offer more than just a job - we provide a pathway to success.
