We have an exciting career opportunity at the center of a rapidly growing global asset management firm. The Compliance Associate will be part of the Core Compliance team and will work under the general direction of the Senior Compliance Manager, Fund Compliance & Client Reporting.

What role will you play? As a Compliance Associate you will be part of the Core Compliance team and support administering framework for various aspects of the firm's fund compliance to satisfy Rule 38a-1 of the Investment Company Act. You also will support compliance oversight associated with the firm's sub-advisors and other service providers and assist with compliance due diligence. In addition, you will assist with compliance reporting and provide data associated with various client reporting requests.
What You Offer
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years relevant experience in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field.
  • Ability to work in unstructured situations and shift quickly to new tasks when priorities change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills across different levels of the organization.
  • Experience with basic data visualization tools, PowerBI, and Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel and Work.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; capable of synthesizing, condensing, and conveying complex regulatory and policy information to key stakeholders in clear and simple terms.
