What role will you play? As the Head of Asset Management for Real Estate in Germany and Italy, you will represent the Macquarie Asset Management Real Estate Core/Core Plus portfolio in Europe, managing real estate asset management. You will have overall operational responsibility for diverse assets in the European real estate portfolio.
What You Offer

• Expertise in real estate asset management sector and demonstratable track record of originating and leading large & complex leasing transactions.
• Understanding German and international valuation systematics
• Experience in managing people and workstreams will be vital in this role.
• A team player, ambitious, analytical, with strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• You will be Fluent in German and English. Knowledge of Italian would be an advantage.
