Role: Product Associate (Graduate)

Experience: Entry-level
Salary: USD $65,000 - $75,000

We’re looking for a talented problem solver who will play a key role in onboarding and supporting customers use of the Macrobond platform as part of our rapidly growing business. As a key member of the team you will work closely with our business development, account management and product specialist teams to support our customers use of perceived value of our products.

The ideal candidate for this role is a self-starter with high energy and an intellectual curiosity who can learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment. We empower our employees early in their careers so confidence and maturity is key. You will be communicating frequently with senior stakeholders at the largest global financial institutions and non-financial corporates.

Responsibilities include:

• Quickly become an expert on the Macrobond platform
• Support our customers use of our products by performing product training and onboarding
• Assist our Sales team by training prospective customers, preparing demonstration materials and undertaking work as a proof of concept
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Actively monitor customer health and support customer retention/minimize churn
• Utilize Macrobond to create content to support sales and marketing campaigns
• Update Salesforce with key information on activity and account intelligence
• Achieve monthly and quarterly key performance metrics related to activity and account/user health

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Economics, Econometrics, Finance, Business Management or related field
• An analytical mindset and a keen interest in macroeconomics, data and financial services.
• Collaborative team player who can build and maintain trust with customer and colleagues
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills
• Strong understanding of how to use social media outlets like LinkedIn and Twitter to build personal brand
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic, capable of delivering on target metrics
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams

Preferred qualifications:

• An interest in macroeconomics
• Experience with SalesForce
• Coding skills in Python or other statistical software
• Multiple language fluency
