Responsibilities:

• Design and develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate complex strategic ideas in a clear and concise manner for executive-level leadership.
• Transform complex data and concepts into visually appealing and easy-to-understand graphics, charts, and infographics, with a focus on employee engagement and culture-driving strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that align with business objectives and enhance our culture and inclusion initiatives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Continuously improve and innovate presentation templates and design processes to enhance visual storytelling and engagement.
• Maintain a keen eye for detail, ensuring all presentations are polished, professional, and free of errors.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the team.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives.
