Title: UX Designer (Senior)
Client: (AT&T) / Duration: 12 Months
Location: Bothel, WA (ONSITE)
Key Skills & Must Have:

- Prototyping & Wireframing
- Adobe Design Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision
General & Basic Requirements:
- A passion for design and deep understanding of UX best practices, plus familiarity with UX Research
- Degree or Certification in a Human-Centered Design field or equivalent in design work experience.
- Minimum 8 years practicing UX, product, or human-centered design and 3 years leading/mentoring other designers in a team.
- Strong digital portfolio with compelling case studies with results. Portfolio should demonstrate UX and UI/visual design skills and clue into strategic thinking. Well qualified candidates will also have examples of mobile/native app experiences.
- Minimum 3 years experience designing for native app (iOS/Android). Experience in mobile product design for different mobile devices and platforms (Android, iOS, React Native; web a plus.)
- User Research, Prototyping, Wireframing: Understanding user needs, behaviors, and motivations through various research methods. Ability to translate this information to create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize and test design concepts.
- Interaction Design and Information Architecture: Proficiency in designing intuitive interfaces and organizing information logically for seamless user experience.
- Collaboration and Communication: Working effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders, is vital.
- Knowledgeable in creating usable, accessible, and modular designs that can scale to millions of users.
- Skilled in prototyping. Software proficiency (Figma, Sketch, and InVision; Adobe Design Suite; Prototyping software a plus)
- Problem-Solving and Critical Thinking: The ability to analyze complex problems and devise creative solutions is key.
