Our client, a rapidly growing high-end global skincare company, is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support their National Sales team! The sales team is focused on both Direct to Consumer and spa & medical aesthetics wholesale business.
About the role:
The Customer Support Specialist coordinates administrative services through several platforms of
business delivering exceptional customer service with every interaction. Responding to questions,
placing orders promptly and efficiently and providing an exceptional customer service experience is key in driving brand loyalty.
The details:
Location: On-site – this role will work from the Bellevue office.
Hours: Full Time typically working 8:00AM – 4:30PM
Hourly Rate: $25/hour

What you will love doing:
• Support the U.S. Sales Team and e-Commerce Team in meeting and exceeding monthly,
quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Represent the brand with the highest level of professionalism through phone and email
interactions with spa and retail personnel.
• Understand Acumatica processes and enter all sales orders accurately and in a timely manner,
adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting Account Executives in promptly responding to
customer account inquiries.
• Facilitate new account set up with Account Executive, ensuring all required documentation is
collected and accurately filed in Acumatica.
• Stay current with product education and provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Develop a thorough understanding of the products, protocols, and monthly promotions to communicate effectively and identify upselling opportunities.
• Resolve customer inquiries via phone email, and social media platforms, going the extra mile to
engage and satisfy customers.
• Collaborate with National Customer Support Manager to maintain and deliver excellent
customer service standards, ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved professionally and promptly.
• Providing occasional administrative support for the office as needed.
• Other responsibilities as required and as the position evolves.
We want you to have:
• 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
• 1 year minimum of call center experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to follow through and ensure completion of tasks.
• Flexibility and ability to switch gears seamlessly.
• Drive to set and achieve targeted goals.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
