What You’ll Do:
- Answer a multi-line phone system
- Welcome incoming customers, visitors and potential employees
- Maintain and update the company database and calendars
- Act as the office liaison connecting departments, vendors and staff members
- Enforce standards and guidelines within the office
- General office tasks including, but not limited to: filing, making job packets, reminder phone calls, distributing mail, office supply inventory and cleaning the front area
What You’ll Bring:
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Previous administrative or clerical experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal communications skills
- Ability and desire to learn new things
