The Midwest's #1 Remodeler, Mad City Windows & Baths, is looking for an Assistant Production Manager to assist in managing residential home projects alongside our Operations Manager covering the Rochester, NY area.
Job Summary: The Assistant Production Manager assists in managing work crews to complete product installations, ensuring quality completion and high customer satisfaction. Analyze financial information associated with each specific job to maintain costs and increase profitability.
The assistant Production Manager will assist with additional administrative office tasks, creating an operational foundation for the purposes of building an administrative team that meets the needs of the Mad City Southern Region and future growth into new markets.

Responsibilities:
- Organizing home remodeling projects
- Communicating with customers & complaint resolution
- Creating strategies to improve efficiency
- Monitoring of field crew performance & product quality
- Assist or lead performance reviews for employees/sub crews
- Present daily progress reports
- Assist in invoicing, payments, and product ordering
- Maintains office files?including permits, licensing, and registrations
Qualifications:
- Valid Drivers License
- 3-5 years of residential remodeling experience
- Strong proven management or supervisory experience
- Experience resolving conflict
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
- Must be able to use all office machinery including a computer, copier/printer/fax, and addingmachine
- Strong communication & customer service skills
