Position Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning & Analyst Manager to join our team. This role will work alongside the VP of Financial Planning and interact with managers of the various operating departments. 

Essential Duties:

•  Coordinate flow of data between locations; develop reporting process
•  Lead Budgeting process by working with managers in all departments.
•  In Charge of variance analysis and collecting data to provide insight of the variances for management to make informed business decisions
•  Build and maintain a best in class global forecasting and analysis framework
•  Assist management with compiling annual bottom-up budgets, forecasts and business plans
•  Seamless migration of budget and forecast data into Weekly and Monthly reporting
•  Develop the ability to perform detailed margin analysis by category
•  Build and maintain relationships with the key stakeholders of the business in order to ensure the budget/forecast inputs are based upon the current operating environment
•  Report back to operations teams after preparation of the budget/forecasts to ensure buy-in of the final deliverable
•  Through effective financial planning, help drive the business in expanding EBITDA
•  Assist in the monthly reporting process from variance analysis perspective
•  Involvement in ad-hoc projects, reporting and strategic initiatives as necessary
•  Maintain confidentiality of financial information and investment decisions

Qualifications:

•  Degree qualified
•  Relevant certification (e.g. CFA/CPA) is a plus
•  Minimum 6-8 years financial management
•  Business analysis experience required
•  Experience in apparel preferred
• Advanced Excel user
•  Database experience highly preferred.
•  Highly developed interpersonal skills
• Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills to converse and deal effectively with a broad range of internal stakeholders
•  Strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to access and analyze information and make sound business decisions and/or recommendations
•  A high level of initiative, self-motivation and self-dependence
