Purchasing Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Sourcing Suppliers:** Identify and evaluate potential suppliers capable of providing goods or services required by the organization.

2. **Order Processing:** Accurately process purchase orders, ensuring correct quantities, specifications, and pricing.

3. **Supplier Relationship Management:** Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services and address any arising issues.

4. **Cost Reduction Initiatives:** Identify opportunities to reduce costs through negotiations, alternative sourcing, or process improvements.

5. **Compliance:** Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, regulations, and ethical standards.

6. **Documentation and Record Keeping:** Maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.

**In-House Production Inventory Coordinator (25% Time Commitment):**

1. **Verify Orders and Transfers:** Ensure all in-house and external purchase orders and transfers are accurately posted in the system.

2. **Inventory Management:** Clear negative inventory twice a week and investigate inventory transactions, making adjustments as needed.

3. **Attention to Detail:** Exhibit exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.

4. **Team Collaboration:** Demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team player.

5. **Communication Skills:** Possess superb communication skills, ensuring clear and effective interactions with team members and suppliers.
