They lead by example, do the right thing for our guests, serve as mentors to our other team members, and understand the business of our business. They can run the restaurant in the General Manager's absence. An AGM oversees operations in new hire training and orientation, inventory, scheduling, safety and sanitation, and executing great food and guest hospitality.
