Description: Mad Realities is seeking a motivated Intern to join our team and assist with a variety of tasks, ranging from production support to office management. This role is perfect for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment while demonstrating innovation and flexibility.

Production Assistance:

• Support the production team in various tasks, including setting up equipment, coordinating schedules, and managing production supplies.
• Assist in the preparation and organization of production materials and documentation.
• Help coordinate and manage on-set logistics, including coordinating with talent, crew, and other stakeholders.
• Handle administrative tasks related to production, such as tracking project progress and maintaining production schedules.

Office Management:

• Assist with daily office operations, including basic administrative tasks including but not limited to; managing emails, scheduling meetings, and acting as a front desk receptionist.
• Help with office supply management, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Support the team with document management, filing, and data entry tasks.
• Organize and maintain office space to ensure a productive and efficient work environment.

• Candidate must be available to work from our office space in SoHo 2 days a week (10am-6pm)
• Currently pursuing a degree in [related field – e.g., Film Production, Business Administration, Communications, etc.].
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Notion, Google Drive and Slack.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a production or office setting is a plus but not required.
