Madame Tussauds Rooftop Restaurant and Bar is an exciting new dining experience set to open in mid-July. We are currently accepting applications for Server positions. The hiring process will take approximately two weeks, followed by two weeks of training.

· Presenting menus and providing detailed descriptions of menu items

· Taking orders accurately and efficiently

· Serving food and beverages in a timely manner

· Anticipating guest needs and addressing any concerns or special requests

· Processing payments and ensuring accurate billing

· Collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service

· Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area

· Upholding high standards of professionalism and hospitality at all times

Qualifications

· Outstanding communication skills

· Experience preferred with a friendly, warm and dynamic team oriented personality.

· Reliable and Flexible Availability

· Punctuality and professionlism

· Current Food Handler and RBS Training Certification

· Minimum 1-2 year experience in high volume restaurant

· Must be a team player

· Self-motivated

· Friendly and positive attitude

· Ability to multi-task under pressure

· Calm under pressure

· Organized with attention to detail

· Strong service skills
