Job Summary
Work with Customers to resolve diverse issues ranging from application support to back end integrations in a multi-facet fast paced environment. Must be detail oriented and have ability to convey information back to the customer at their knowledge level. Must give attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality and timeliness. Need the ability to research technical issues and document solutions in a timely manner. Requires excellent communication and customer service skills.
