MaddenCo Inc. is Hiring a Customer Support Specialist - Software Integration Near Evansville, IN

Job Summary

Work with Customers to resolve diverse issues ranging from application support to back end integrations in a multi-facet fast paced environment. Must be detail oriented and have ability to convey information back to the customer at their knowledge level. Must give attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy, quality and timeliness. Need the ability to research technical issues and document solutions in a timely manner. Requires excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Utilize tire dealer point of sale software to build your knowledge of the software over time
  • Complete a 6 month training period to prepare you to work with customers one-on-one
  • Provide written instructions to customers who email in questions/concerns
  • Communicate oral instructions to customer who call in questions/concerns
  • Assist in times of communications to all customers, testing of new products, and helping fellow support team members
  • Host the on-call phone in rotation every few weeks to provide afterhours support following the 6 month training
  • Work with other departments to provide the best customer service possible
  • Troubleshoot software support questions to find the appropriate settings in the software

We are in search of a qualified candidate possessing expertise in the following areas: software support, customer support, accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory management, and point of sale software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year
