Job Title: SAP Variant Configuration Consultant
Location: Houston, Texas

Responsibilities:
Resource should have deep understanding of the SAP Variant Configuration solution; SD and Variant Pricing knowledge is preferred.

• Individual will be co-responsible for the analyze, design and build of client's new product model.
• Experience implementing Variant Configuration in SAP S4HANA
• Loading variant configuration from legacy into SAP
• Implementing the SAP variant configuration solution in S4HANA
• Building the complex Variant Configuration models using variant tables, functions and object dependencies including constraints
• Conduct requirement analysis, design solutions, and develop detailed functional specifications for Variant Configuration.
• Provide expertise and guidance on best practices for Variant Configuration and related processes.
• Perform system testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT), and ensure successful deployment of configurations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Variant Configuration in a timely manner.
• Deliver training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the Variant Configuration functionalities.

Required Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in S/4 HANA with a focus on Variant Configuration.
• Demonstrated experience in modeling Variant Configuration.
• Proficient in managing and configuring Configurable Characteristics, Classes, Dependencies, Super BOM & Routing,
• Configuration Profiles, and Pricing conditions.
• Strong understanding of Make-to-Order (MTO) scenarios and their integration with Manufacturing, Sales, Costing, and Finance modules.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• SAP certification in Variant Configuration or related modules is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
