Madison Approach is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Peekskill, NY
We are currently looking for an Administrative Assistant for our client, an HVAC company located in Peekskill, NY. In this role, you will be assisting the Office Manager with many of the day-to-day office activities such as billing, invoicing, customer service, assisting service department with job proposals, etc, phone, correspondence, and overall general administrative support within the office. Strong proficiency using MS Office and previous experience using QuickBooks (or similar software) required. We are looking for someone very technically savvy as you will be the Social Media point-person. This is a big role within the office and requires a self-starter who has provided a high level of support with strong computer skills and a pitch-in, roll-with-the-flow attitude. This is a Permanent Direct Hire position. Hours: 8:30-4:30 M-F (on-site). Pay Rate: $25/hr
