- Oversee the entire recruiting, placement & orientation/onboarding life cycle
- Recruiting using various means including but not limited to monitoring/updating ads through BambooHR, internet searches (i.e., Indeed, etc.), various industry job boards (i.e., RoadTech.com, etc.) & attending construction specific career fairs (in person & virtual)
- Reviewing applicant resumes & scheduling interviews for those that meet company requirements
- Tracking all applicant & outcomes from interviews so not to duplicate efforts
- Hiring, onboarding into HRIS & orientation
