The candidate will supervise the special education department for two school districts, Switzerland County Schools and Southwestern School Corporation.

- Be visibly present in the various buildings of the corporations;
- Include principals in planning and decision-making;
- Have a vision for the future regarding evaluations;
- Provide professional development in special education areas;
- Demonstrate loyalty and trustworthiness to the districts and cooperative;

- Demonstrate strong persuasion and negotiation skills;
- Strive to continually improve IEPs;
- Provide training;
