- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Associate Degree or 48 semester hours preferred
- Must have good disciplinarian skills
- Effective communicator with students and parents
- One to three years of experience preferred
- Responsible for ISS program under direction of principal or designee
- Coaching experience highly preferred
- Other duties as assigned by Superintendent, Principal or designee
