A financial crimes advisory firm in NYC looking to add a "Senior Director Of Operations, Transaction Review" to their team. This position is in office 3x per week.

Responsibilities:

• Assess novel and dynamic live payment review process to identify and remediate financial and operational risk on an on-going basis.

• Develop, implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) in close coordination with team leads and in line with objectives and key results (OKRs) established by FCRM leadership.

• Work closely with data and tech teams to ensure systems are robust and fit to purpose for internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with second line of defense on deployment of policies and procedures.
