Madison Dental Group is Hiring a Dental Assistant Near Madison, MS

Madison Dental Group is family dental provider serving the Jackson-Metro area. Under the care of Dr. Cole Fortenberry, Dr. Ben Rudsenske, and Dr. Courtney Filgo, we offer general, restorative, and enhancive dental services.

Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Dental Assistant for our office located in Madison, MS. The Dental Assistant will work closely with the dentists to provide high-quality dental care to patients. Daily tasks include assisting with dental procedures, taking x-rays, preparing and sterilizing instruments, and educating patients on proper oral hygiene techniques.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Completion of an accredited dental assistant program or equivalent experience
  • X-Ray certification
  • CPR Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
  • Ability to multitask efficiently and effectively
  • One to two years experience preferred but not required
  • Dentrix experience a plus

Compensation

Compensation will be at an hourly rate for 36 hrs/wk and will be determined by the applicant's qualifications. Our hours of operation are 8:00-5:00 M-Th and 8:00-12:00 on F.
