Madison Hunt is partnering with a dynamic global investment team specializing in high yield infrastructure debt investments. We are seeking a highly motivated, team-oriented, and ambitious individual to join their team in New York. You will play a key role in sourcing, assessing, and executing new investment opportunities across various infrastructure sectors. Your responsibilities will include building relationships with borrowers, sponsors, and advisors, leading investment approval processes, managing portfolio assets, and supporting fundraising and investor relations. Additionally, you will develop and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications:

• 10 years experience in leading and managing complex transactions. Ideally across the infrastructure sector, but not required.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with sound business judgment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and effective teamwork.
• Experience in fundraising and investor relationship management.
