Sales Support Associate
We are currently looking for a Sales Support Associate to join our team!
Role Description:
As a Sales Support Associate, you will work in tandem with a team of dedicated Lighting Design and Sales Associates to provide administrative support and troubleshooting assistance with ongoing projects. Tasks can range from coordinating the replacement of defective product with our Warranty Service Department to assisting with bid proposals on commercial and multi-family building projects.

Pay: From $20 per hour
Job Description and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience working in a distribution focused company with an exposure to the building industry preferred.
- A commitment to accuracy as well as strong written and verbal communication skills to act as a liaison between our sales associates, customers, and other industry professionals.
- A willingness to learn our distribution software as well as become proficient in navigating builder partner portal programs.
- Possess strong comprehension and critical thinking skills.
- Must have strong organizational skills capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
